Recovery Warriors is a non-profit who's mission is to support and empower the addiction recovery community. Recovery Warriors was founded by Lori Meadows-Brubaker, who discovered her passion and heart for those in the addiction recovery community after helping her daughter through her own recovery. Since then, she began serving the local community at Recovery Point of Charlestion, WV and Southridge Church has been blessed to come alongside her in these efforts.
Every week at Southridge Church there is a group of women from Recovery Point in attendance. Recovery Warriors minister to these ladies by driving the vans to transport them to and from the church on Sundays, volunteer in their own class during the 9am service, worship with them at the 11am service, and help however needed during monthly events whether at the center or the larger events held at the church.
