WHAT'S HAPPENING FOR KIDS?
WHEN DO WE MEET?
Southridge Kids meet at 9am & 11am every Sunday in -person!
WHAT IS OUR MISSION FOR KIDS?
We seek to partner with families and prepare kids for a lifelong journey of faith in Jesus Christ.
Through Biblical truth, relationships and fun, we want every kid to know:
I BELONG: Kids will experience a sense of belonging with the people around them, from the kids in their small groups to the youth and adult influencers in their classes each week.
I AM SAFE: Kids will know they have a safe place, both physically and emotionally to come and be themselves and experience God.
I AM KNOWN: Kids will come to understand that there is a God who created them and knows them, and that He uses the people in the church to reflect that.
I AM LOVED: Kids will grow in their understanding of God's love for them and experience the love of a church family in action.
HOW DO I CONNECT?
WHEN DOES MY KID MOVE UP TO THE NEXT ROOM?
Babies: Once a child reaches about 16 months, expect to be asked by a volunteer about moving your child up to the Toddler Room.
Toddlers: When a child is 3 years old and potty trained he/she moves into the Preschool Room.
Preschool: Once a child moves into kindergarten they will move into the Elementary room.
Elementary: A child moves from our elementary space to our middle school room the Sunday before they start their 6th grade year.
WHAT'S THE CHECK-IN PROCESS?
For the safety of your children we use a computer check-in system. All children need to be checked in using this system. Tags will print out a 4-digit code matching that of your child's name tag for you to keep and use for verification of your child at pick-up. Take your kids to The E-Zone and then go to the adult Worship Service.
WHAT DO WE TEACH?
